I host my own domain (minzhang.com) email account on outlook.com. While setting up account on my new iPAD Air, the build-in outlook.com option does not recognize my custom domain. The workaround is to setup the account as an normal IMAP account, using the settings I found here: For POP protocol, here are the settings: Incoming mail server: pop3.live.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.live.com Incoming server (POP3): port 995 Outgoing server (SMTP): port 587 And here are settings for IMAP: Incoming mail server: imap-mail.outlook.com Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp-mail.outlook.com Incoming server (POP3): port 993 Outgoing server (SMTP): port 587
